IT equipment take-back and value recovery, plus professional refurbished hardware.

IT take-back & value recovery • Refurbished hardware

Two ways in

Two businesses, one loop: we take your equipment back, and we re-equip you.

Why call us

Idle equipment costs money, exposes your data and loses value.

Refresh, relocation, end of lease: devices pile up in a storeroom. They still hold data, they take up space, and their value drops every month. We take the whole subject off your hands.

DONNÉES

01

Your data has to go — with proof

Until a drive is erased and certified, your organisation stays exposed under GDPR.

VALEUR

02

Your equipment is still worth something

Tested and graded, a lot keeps real residual value. Waiting is how you lose it.

TRAÇABILITÉ

03

Your teams need documents

Procurement, IT, CSR and management ask for inventories, certificates and reporting — not promises.

Pickup and tracking

Your equipment leaves your sites. Your control doesn't.

Every collected lot stays identified: receipt, device-by-device inventory, data erasure, reuse or WEEE recycling, then the full documentation of the operation.

How it works

ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) means managing the end of use of your IT equipment. Here is exactly what we do, from your site to the final report.

01 / 07

01 — Pickup

We collect your equipment without disrupting operations.

From a handful of devices to several hundred: pickup planned with you, across one or more sites, counts verified on departure and secured transport.

Proof attached to erasure

For organisations in scope of DORA, asset traceability, proof of erasure and documentary control contribute to IT risk governance and control.

  • Blancco erasure
  • Certificate per drive
  • Asset ID ↔ proof traceability
  • GDPR
  • Documented destruction when required
  • DORA-regulated environments

The operation file

What you receive once the pickup is done.

Every operation produces a documentary file. Procurement, audit, your DPO and your CSR team all find their answers in it.

INV

Inventory and asset write-off certificate

The serialized list of collected equipment, usable for your asset write-off.

↳ What left, device by device

AUD

Audit certificate

The technical and cosmetic condition recorded per device, and the path chosen.

↳ The real condition on receipt

EFF

Data erasure certificate

Blancco erasure, with the result recorded for each processed drive.

↳ That your data is gone

DEEE

WEEE certificate

The treatment attestation for equipment routed to the WEEE stream.

↳ How non-reusable equipment was treated

BSD

Waste tracking note

The documentary tracking of outgoing waste streams.

↳ Regulatory tracking of the streams

BL

Delivery note

The pickup and delivery document for the lot, between your sites and ours.

↳ The physical transfer of the lot

CSR

CSR and carbon footprint reporting

Volumes, destinations, share reused and carbon indicators for the operation, using a methodology validated with you.

↳ What the operation is worth in your reporting

REP

Repair report

The detail of the work carried out when a device is restored.

↳ What was repaired before reuse

Depending on the operation, not all of these documents are systematically issued. The documentary scope is agreed with you before pickup.

Both directions of the loop

You move hardware out. You also put hardware back in service.

Green Remarket works on both sides of the lifecycle: we take back and monetise your end-of-use equipment, and we supply professional refurbished hardware to organisations that want to control budget and extend the useful life of their fleet.

Both directions of the loop

01Moving assets out

Take-back & value recovery

After audit, reusable hardware is refurbished, tested and put back into circulation. The value recovered is returned to you and appears in the operation reporting.

  • Buy-back value estimated before pickup
  • Audit, grading and restoration documented
  • Recovered value returned and traced per operation

02Re-equipping

Professional refurbished hardware

Workstations, monitors, mobility and infrastructure: tested, graded and prepared for a second professional life. Circular procurement, consistent with the equipment we take back elsewhere.

  • Hardware tested, graded and prepared before delivery
  • Circular procurement and controlled equipment cost
  • Continuity with the fleets we take back
Discuss my refurbished needs

The available refurbished scope is confirmed with you before any commitment.

Green Remarket CSR programme

Turn the end of use of your equipment into a measurable CSR lever.

This is not a list of options — it is a structured programme. Avoid, reuse, donate, measure, prove. Every operation feeds your reporting with factual elements about what actually happened to your equipment, with no invented figures.

01AVOID

Extend useful life

Before anything leaves, we look at what can stay in service: restoration, internal redeployment, longer refresh cycles.

02REUSE

Put hardware back into circulation

Audit, grading and refurbishment, then circulation to organisations — including re-equipping you with refurbished hardware.

03DONATE

Route part of it to non-profits

Where relevant, part of the reusable hardware is routed to charitable donations or a non-profit marketplace, with the same level of traceability.

04MEASURE

Turn the operation into indicators

Volumes handled, destinations, share reused, share routed to WEEE, environmental and carbon indicators using a methodology validated with you.

05PROVE

Deliver a defensible file

Consolidated reporting and supporting documents, usable in a CSR review, a board committee or a tender response.

CSR reporting and carbon footprint

Carbon indicators are calculated using a methodology defined and validated with the client. No value is published until that methodology has been agreed.

  • KPI-01Reuse rate
  • KPI-02Devices back in circulation
  • KPI-03Share routed to WEEE
  • KPI-04CO₂e avoided — per validated methodology
  • KPI-05Charitable donations
  • KPI-06Volumes and destinations per operation

What goes in the file

We do not publish an impact indicator until its calculation method has been validated with you.

  • Serialized inventory of the operation
  • Data erasure certificates
  • Audit and grading report
  • WEEE treatment attestation
  • Operation reporting: reuse / recycling
  • CSR and carbon footprint reporting for the operation — per validated methodology

CSR programme — WEEE chapter

When reuse is no longer possible, the materials are recovered.

The last stage of the programme: non-reusable equipment is dismantled and routed to specialised WEEE streams — metals, plastics, circuit boards. Every flow is identified, documented and reflected in your reporting.

Material streams separated at dismantling

Metals

Steel, aluminium and copper recovered as separate flows.

Plastics

Housings and technical parts sorted by resin type.

Circuit boards

Boards and components routed to specialised treatment.

Batteries & screens

Streams with specific constraints: routed to the appropriate channels.

How treatment runs

  1. 01

    Controlled dismantling

Components and materials separated into identified streams, on a specialised site.

  2. 02

    Treatment streams

Material recovery through WEEE partners, with waste notes and attestations.

  3. 03

    Stream traceability

Documented routing into WEEE streams, with flow tracking through to treatment.

Your client portal

The pickup ends. The visibility continues.

The physical operation is only one step. Your Green Remarket portal stays available 24/7: updated operation statuses, equipment inventory, downloadable erasure certificates and documents, consolidated reporting.

Public sector, authorities & large accounts

Operations that are structured, documented and defensible.

Local authorities, public institutions, administrations, para-public bodies and large multi-site companies: the same constraints on security, asset accounting and justification. We run the operation and supply the documents that evidence it.

01

Planned collection, multi-site included

Pickups scheduled with your contacts, counts verified at departure, every lot tied back to its originating site.

02

Asset accounting traceability

Serialised inventory usable for asset write-off and reconciliation with your asset register.

03

Data security

Certified Blancco erasure, certificate tied to the asset, documented destruction when a drive cannot be erased.

04
